About Us
La Ventana Bay Properties offers full service custom home building project management as well as vacation rental bookings and property management. Established in 2006 by Dave and Lana Nixon who recognized the need to service this fast growing community.
La Ventana Bay Properties is located in the beautiful towns of La Ventana and El Sargento, near the city of La Paz, Baja Califronia Sur Mexico.
The LVBP Team, a brief overview
Dave Nixon/ Owner Operator
Dave is in charge of the Custom Home division of LVBP, Dave is in constant contact with the architects, engineers and clients to ensure all the details are covered. He is responsible for the successful completion of projects and visits each project constantly.
Lana Nixon/ Owner Operator
Lana over sees the administration and billings of all aspects of LVBP, custom homes, rentals, and property management. She overviews all account information and transfers from clients and customers. Lana is also a Real estate sales agent for Diamante associates here in La Ventana.
Corey Nixon/ Project Manager
Corey is the onsite manager of all ongoing projects, providing construction team support. He has a extensive construction background and full knowledge of all specifications and details of projects and can solve most client and project issues that arise.
Chelsea Beddows/ Property Management & Vacation Rentals Manager
Chelsea handles all the property management and vacation rental accounts, bookings and billings. She takes care to organize vacation renters and property management requests and assists in organizing their timely completion.
Rudy Islas/ Administrator & Office Support
Rudy provides administrative support to ensure accurate and timely submission of bids, contracts and other paper work requirements before, during and after project completion. He is responsible for permitting, contracts, social security, draw schedules payment logs translations and other office administration duties.
Pam Young/ Vacation Rentals & Real Estate assist
Pam assists in coordinating the Vacation Rentals and making bookings. She also works closely with Lana at the Diamante Real Estate office here in La Ventana.
